In Devanahalli, Godrej Properties is building a modern housing project called Godrej MSR City. It is close to Shettigere and the Kempegowda International Airport. The project takes up 62 acres and has 6 huge towers with 2B+G+12 floors each. There are 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK flats in the project. The sizes range from 1175 to 1870 square feet, and the prices range from ₹1.15 Cr to ₹1.9 Cr. The project has asked the Karnataka government for RERA approval. As soon as the money comes in, the project will begin in 2025.
