Due to financial problems Nilesh Rane couldn't fulfill his passion in Cricket. Due to this setback he decided to help other players having poor financial background who couldn't achieve their goals. For doing all this he established ' Raya sports club and SDPF Maharashtra Sports Organisation' and guided many poor and needy from the rural areas to reach them state and national level games is what Nilesh has been doing. Because of his coaching and guidance his players have achieved greater goals all over the country.

On the basis of all the above story of Mr. Nilesh Madhukar Rane, he has now been honoured by "World Book Of Records, London" & "India Book of Record" with "Harward Book of Record, London" for his outstanding contribution in the field of sports welfare involving guidence to 4000 players below the proverty level from rural areas in the past 9 years.
