I headed out this morning to go to The Grove of The Patriarchs in Mt Rainier National Park, but realized when I was about twenty five miles from home that I'd once again forgotten my Senior's National Park pass. So I promptly canceled my plans. I redirected my goals for the day's photography. Instead of taking photos at The Grove of The Patriarchs, I would instead take photos at a couple of nearby lakes. After all, I would be as likely to find photography subjects around the lakes as I would around big old trees. You've probably all heard the saying, "When life hands you lemons πŸ‹, make lemonade". My short term memory loss sometimes is responsible for the lemons πŸ‹ which life hands me. I'm curious, what in your life leads to the lemons which life hands you? The photo chosen for this post was taken at Lake Kapowsin in Washington state. It was windy with some chop in the water.
