Good health is blessing of God but most of time we don't care about it, because of all busy schedule and tough life we often forget to spare some time for our health which usually causes depression, blood pressure, heart diseases etc . Our physical activities become lesser and lesser now a days to maintain good health becoming more challenging then ever. By following few tips in your regular life you can easily maintain your health. First of all you should take care of your daily diet. There is a simple formula quality of food matters the most, then quantity. You can eat as much salads you want but little amount of junk food can effect a lot. Potato ships, burgers , Pizzas , candies and other tasty stuff are totally unhealthy for human body they contain lots of fats, sugar though occasionally you can take them but not on regular basis. Fruits, vegetables, Nuts should be included in your daily diet. We usually don't drink enough water in out daily routine. Since our bodies need water to function, not drinking enough of it prevents us from functioning optimally. According to research at least 8 glasses of water is required for an adult in 24 hrs period. In fact starting a day with a glass of room temperature water with a slice of lime in it (If you prefer) can be the best starting of the day. It can also help in weight loss as well. Take enough sleep and at proper time can play very important role in good health. Lack of sleep makes you feel tired and angry, you can't concentrate your attention. Lack of sleep can damage your physical health (especially heart). Some studies suggests 8 hr of sleep per 24 hrs period is basic requirement of adults. Early to bed early to rise is key to good health. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day it gave you the energy for the whole day. Most of the time we ignore breakfast that shouldn't be done at all. Researchers at the 2003 American Heart Association conference reported that breakfast eaters are significantly less likely to be obese and get diabetes compared with non breakfast eaters. Exercise is best medicine for human body but most of the time we neither have a time, nor desire to exercise . If you can't have time for joining gym then at least go for a walk daily, use stairs instead of elevators, go for hiking with your friends at weekends, play some sports of your choice. Researchers say, that people only need to walk up to 12 miles per week or for about 125 to 200 minutes per week to improve their heart health. Living healthy life is always up to you by making small changes in your daily routine can put significant amount effect on your health.
