I`m a teacher and school director who has 37 years of work experience. I`ve been working in this position since 2012.
In 2007, I was awarded the medal of the outstanding public education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
I`m As an advanced leader with many years of experience, have been working effectively to bring the young generation to adulthood using modern educational technologies.
Skilled pedagogue and leader in 2018 "Woman of the Year" won the 1st place in the district stage of the competition.
In 2018, I was awarded a certificate for my active participation in the Republic of Karakalpakstan stage of the "Woman of the Year" national contest.
I`m keen on reading who also loves writing. I organize school events and sing national songs. I`m childish and spend my my spare time with my family especially with my grand children. listening old music is my type.
My aim to help my pupils to get their goals.

Jan 31, 2024 3 months agoSome people think that external factors play a vital role in child's development while others believe that family has a crucial impact on children's growth. What do you think about this notion? Nowadays the main element of child's growth is upbringing. Where do the children get upbringing? Undoubtedly, the family they are growing and society they are living. First of all child should have thirst for knowledge, curious and conscious. There is a saying “ Children should be educated from infancy” When parents rearing child they should pay attention to raise a mindful, well-brought-up child. In most cases family play the most important role in the overall development of children. Parents should be attentive in the process of child orientation to the profession. If one thniks that their children manage everything by their own they may not be right. Firstly, in shaping children behaviour externall factors also considered as a vital component. They observe the world and dream about different things. In order to become perfection children should have a goal and curiosity. Secondly, We should not let the child affected by the environment they are living. The environment only can analyse the abilities of the child. When children have to choose a profession or achieve a goal they discuss it with their parents. If parents promote children's cognitive skills they find their own way easily. Thirdly, there is two sides of the coin and all parents may not create a good study environment for their children. There is differentt challeenges in life and some people overcome them and achieve their goals, some people complaint about their poor condition and blame others on their failure. They do not want to understand that only they are guilty in their situation. In most cases families' role is essential in child development because if this is a doctors family the children raising in this family surely dream about becoming a doctor in future. Dreams will lead too the bright future. Becoming a good person depends on the child's cognitive skills. If childfren are not interested in learning, ignore studying and forget about the future life everything will be useless. In this case environment can not help to this child. In conclusion, familiy's role is vital in child's growth. Because “The bird does the thing which they saw in family when they fly” Neglecting by parents may have an adverse affect on children'sfuture.
